Support Technician – MCSA/MCP - I am recruiting for an experienced Support Technician with experience working onsite with a multitude of small-to-mid sized companies. You will be required to carry out ad-hoc duties that will include everything from printer fixes and software installs to server repairs and builds (the majority of which will be Microsoft Small Business Server) and configuring Blackberrys.
The right candidate will have an aptitude for all things IT related, be very well presented, articulate and very client-facing as you will spend the majority of your time on client sites. You must come from a similar working environment and it is preferred that you haven’t been working within a helpdesk environment for a large company on an in-house basis.
You must also be Microsoft Certified to at least MSCA 2003 (preference would be someone who has studied the 70-282 and/or 70-653 modules of their MCP) as well as having a clean UK driving licence. Apply now for immediate consideration.
